What is the Prestige Sound client space?
A personal online space where you prepare your event from A to Z: musical vibe, must-play and do-not-play songs, first dance, hour-by-hour timeline, logistics, invoice tracking and, after the event, your photos. Your DJ and the team work on the same file as you.
How does the client space concierge work?
A smart assistant available 24/7 in English, French and Dutch. It knows your file (and only yours), answers questions about your event, our services and pricing, suggests songs or a timeline, and can update your file on request — every change is shown to you and confirmed before being saved. For anything requiring a human decision, it connects you directly with Anthony or Quentin.
Do we lose the human touch with these tools?
No — quite the opposite. Every file is personally followed by Anthony (English and Dutch) or Quentin (French): discovery call, preparation call, WhatsApp. The tools remove administrative back-and-forth so the human time goes where it matters: understanding your event and making it a success.
How do my guests take part in the music?
Through a collaborative Spotify playlist: we create the playlist and send you the link, which you can share with your guests (WhatsApp group, invitations, QR code on the tables). Everyone adds their songs. On the day, your DJ draws on it while reading the dance floor.
Is my information protected?
Yes. Your file is only accessible with your account, and the assistant only sees your own information — never other clients'. Changes to your file require your explicit confirmation.
In which languages is the support available?
The client space and the concierge exist in English, French and Dutch. On the human side, Anthony looks after English and Dutch-speaking clients and Quentin the French-speaking ones — each with a direct line.
