Is the video meeting really free?
Yes, entirely. No credit card required, no commitment. It's how we offer genuine advice before any decision.
Which platform do you use?
Cal.com automatically generates a Zoom or Google Meet link. You receive it by email upon confirmation, with a reminder 1 hour before.
Should I prepare anything?
Ideally: approximate event date, location (or its type), guest count, and 2 or 3 tracks you love. But come as you are — we'll adapt.
Difference between Discovery and Planning?
Discovery (15 min) is for first contact, before any quote. Planning (30 min) is for clients who already booked: playlist, flow and tech details.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
No worries: a link in the confirmation email lets you reschedule or cancel in one click, anytime.
Do you prefer phone or WhatsApp?
