What types of events do you organise?
We handle all types of events: weddings (ceremony, cocktail, party), corporate events (galas, seminars, product launches, team building), private parties (birthdays, family gatherings), and public events (inaugurations, festivals). Our team adapts to every context with professionalism.
What is the difference between a DJ and an event agency?
A DJ provides only the music. An event agency like Prestige Sound offers complete support: DJ, live musicians (saxophonist, violinist), ceremony celebrant, photobooth, karaoke, architectural lighting, and overall coordination. You have a dedicated project manager who handles every aspect of your entertainment.
Do you operate everywhere in Belgium?
Yes! Based in Brussels, we cover all of Belgium: Walloon Brabant, Liège, Namur, Hainaut, Luxembourg (province), and Flanders (bilingual team FR/NL). Travel is free within a 50 km radius of Brussels. Beyond that, a fee of 0.55€/km applies. We also operate in Luxembourg and the north of France.
How much does an event service cost?
Rates vary depending on the services: Evening DJ: from 1 040 € 800 € −240 €, DJ + Saxophonist: from 1 950 € 1 500 € −450 €, Photobooth: 520 € 400 € −120 €, Karaoke: 330 € 250 € −80 €, What The Funk (10 musicians): 3 900 € 3 000 € −900 €. We offer packaged formulas with discounts. Each quote is personalised to your exact needs.
How does the coordination of an event work?
Our process includes: 1) First contact to understand your vision, 2) A detailed proposal within 24h, 3) Contract signing and a 30% deposit, 4) A preparation meeting (playlist, timing, special requests), 5) Setup on the big day, 6) Coordination and entertainment, 7) Post-event follow-up.
Do you offer packages for companies?
Absolutely! We offer framework contracts for companies organising several events per year. Benefits: preferential rates, booking priority, dedicated contact, centralised invoicing. Contact us for a tailored partnership suited to your corporate needs.
Are you insured for professional events?
Yes, Prestige Sound holds full Professional Liability insurance. We are also registered as a non-profit with a VAT number (BE 0502.821.670). We can provide the insurance certificates required by reception venues or companies.
How far in advance should I book a service?
For weddings in high season (May-September), we recommend booking 12 to 18 months ahead. For corporate events, 2 to 4 weeks' notice is generally enough. We can handle urgent requests (1-2 weeks) subject to availability. Feel free to contact us even for short notice.
