Good to know before you book
Do you offer dry hire (without a technician)?
No. Our professional equipment requires a trained technician to be installed, calibrated and operated safely. The rate always includes a technician on site for the entire duration of the event.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover the whole of Belgium — Brussels, Wallonia, Flanders. Travel is free within a 50 km radius of Brussels. Beyond that, a fee of 0.55 €/km applies.
How much does a rental with a technician cost?
Rates vary depending on the equipment and the duration. Expect generally from 330 € 250 € −80 € excl. VAT for a basic sound pack with a technician for one evening. Request a personalised quote for an accurate estimate.
When should you book?
For peak-season weekends (May-September), we recommend booking 2 to 6 months ahead. For other dates, 2 to 4 weeks is usually enough.
