Outdoors, power outlets are rare or far away. We anticipate this challenge with a silent 6kW generator that powers all the equipment without disturbing your guests. We also provide waterproof professional extension leads and secured power strips to guarantee a stable supply all evening.
Indoors, walls reflect the sound. Outdoors, the sound disperses in every direction. The result: more power and strategic speaker placement are needed. We use professional all-weather speakers with projection optimised for the outdoors, ensuring clear, powerful sound without distortion.
In Belgium, the weather is unpredictable. We always plan a plan B. Our equipment is protected by waterproof covers and we have quick protective tarpaulins. We discuss a fallback plan in advance (marquee, indoor hall, reception tent) so the party goes on no matter what.
Outdoors, sound carries further and neighbours can be disturbed. We know the Belgian noise regulations and adapt the volume to the environment. We orient the speakers to minimise spread towards homes and can offer a silent disco solution at the end of the evening.
When the sun sets, lighting becomes essential. We offer festoon LED string lights for ambience, uplighters to illuminate trees and structures, and professional lighting for the dance floor. Lighting creates the atmosphere and turns your garden into a real open-air party venue.
Installing professional equipment outdoors requires anticipation: access to the site, unloading distance, ground condition, equipment protection. We carry out a prior site visit or a detailed exchange with the venue to prepare an efficient setup. We arrive well in advance so everything is operational before the first guest.

We always plan a plan B. During our preparatory briefing, we discuss a fallback solution: marquee, reception tent, adjoining indoor hall. Our equipment is protected by waterproof covers and we can move the setup in 30 minutes if needed. Belgian weather never stops us!

Yes, our equipment is suited to all types of ground. We use adjustable feet, stabilisation platforms and cable protectors that adapt to the terrain. For soft ground (grass, earth, gravel), we provide reinforcement plates under the speakers and the mixing desk. The cabling is secured and covered to avoid any tripping risk.
